world is losing $400 US millon that could be used in growing economies of countries like ukraine that are going from bad to even worse. so scams like the cpc should be prevented because due to it many persons will loose there jobs and country image would be disarupted . spendindg of $400 millon in a good direction would have helped people of weak country like ukraine to stand on there feet.
